Quick repairs prevent downtime and safety hazards. We are available for maintenance calls, emergency calls and turnovers. Once we receive a work order we contact the tenant, often the same day but definitely within 24 hours, to schedule.
Also available for Short term vacation rental maintenance. We understand the small window of availability and the importance of having the property clean and ready for the next guest checking in.

To give you and your property owners total peace of mind, we maintain up-to-date licensing and commercial liability insurance for every job we perform. Our insurance agent will add your property management company as an "additional insured" and we will send you the certificate (COI) annually.
Residential & HOA Communities
In addition to servicing homes, duplexes, townhomes and condominiums, PIAR also services Commercial Properties and Residential Common areas. PIAR provides support to HOA communities such as, Community signage, pressure washing, Clubhouse maintenance and more. Monthly and weekly common area maintenance programs are also available.
